Use our training validation form to gather feedback from the individuals being trained along with their manager’s assessment of its effectiveness.

Developing and reviewing your training

If youre defending your company against prosecution or personal injury claim, it’s not enough to say the individual was trained. Use our Training Validation Form to evidence the reasons why the training was provided, what the individual thought of it, whether it was effective and the trainee has improved in their role.

Completing the document

Issue this form to all attendees to complete after training has been completed. The first part should be filled out by the trainee and is designed so that they reflect on their ability to put the training into practice, and whether it has enhanced their competence.

The second part is for the trainee’s manager to complete to assess the impact of the training and whether it was worthwhile.
